Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update customer information, appointments, and transactions in our database
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and comprehensive records
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy, making corrections as needed
- Work closely with other team members to support various administrative needs
- Conduct periodic audits of the data for quality control
- Uphold confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information
- Assist in generating reports, summaries, and data visualizations as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong typing speed and proficiency with spreadsheets and database software
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with the beauty or healthcare industry is a plus but not required
